Acoustic Guitars
The two most popular types of guitars are Spanish (nylon string) guitars, and conventional Acoustic (usually steel string) guitars.
Spanish Guitars are usually smaller and have 3 nylon strings (eB&G), and three steel strings (DA&E). Spanish guitars also have an open head stock, as opposed to the solid head stock of Steel string guitars.
Both guitars can sometimes be electronic, which is a sub category of the two.
